Cuviva selected to deliver hospital-at-home technology in Region Stockholm

We are proud to congratulate our customer Cuviva on a landmark milestone: together with Philips and Vingmed, Cuviva has been selected through a Karolinska University Hospital-led tender to deliver advanced remote patient monitoring across Region Stockholm, one of the most ambitious hospital-at-home programs in Northern Europe.

The up-to-eight-year agreement will support hospital-level care for up to 15,000 patients annually across a population of more than two million. Cuviva serves as the core platform provider within the consortium, delivering the secure, integrated IT infrastructure that makes continuous monitoring, real-time communication, and structured care pathways possible in patients' homes.

Since 2018, Ascentic has supported Cuviva with highly skilled software engineers and technology specialists. Several of these professionals have relocated to Sweden and today work as integrated members of Cuviva's development organisation, contributing directly to the continued evolution of the platform and helping meet the growing demand for specialised healthcare technology expertise.
